Sandi Klein, The Host
Veteran radio newscaster, Sandi Klein, has been “in the business” for 30 years; 20 as an anchor at 1010 WINS in New York City. In addition to hosting several public affairs programs, she was the co-host of “Arts Alive from the Algonquin,” a 52-week series broadcast Sunday afternoon from Manhattan’s famous Algonquin Hotel. Past guests included Kurt Vonnegut, Wendy Wasserstein, Colleen Dewhurst, Wynton Marsalis, Jules Feiffer, Isaac Asimov, Edward Albee and Anna Quindlen.
Chad Dougatz, The Producer
Chad Dougatz brings more than 20 years of radio and media experience to the show. Before working with Sandi Klein, Chad was a Senior Producer on numerous nationally syndicated radio programs, including The Rosie O’Donnell Show, The Governor David Paterson Show, and Mornings on Air America.
Chad is also the owner of The Hangar Studios, an NYC audio production company, where he provides multi-media marketing and production solutions for authors, small businesses, and entrepreneurs.
Melanie Breault, Web Editor/Social Media Specialist
Melanie Breault is the Web Editor and Social Media Specialist for Sandi Klein’s Conversations with Creative Women. She is also the Communications Associate at the Association for Neighborhood and Housing Development (ANHD), a membership organization of New York City nonprofit neighborhood housing groups whose mission is to ensure flourishing neighborhoods and decent, affordable housing for all New Yorkers. In her free time, she is on the Board of the New York Chapter of Women, Action, and the Media (WAM!NYC), a nonprofit dedicated to building a movement for gender justice in media and working with the Planners Network, an association of progressive planning, on their newest project titled, Progressive City: Radical Alternatives.
