Teen Vogue announces Elaine Welteroth as the new Editor-in-Chief

ELAINE WELTEROTH has been named the new Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, the youngest person to be appointed to that title in Conde Nast history. Elaine previously served as the magazine’s Beauty and Health Director since October 2012, and she is only the second African-American to ever hold the title in the company’s 107 year history.
