QUANADA, A NON-PROFIT that works to empower victims of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing comprehensive services in an atmosphere of respect and confidentiality, began a “I Am Unbeatable” campaign. Its goal is to empower battered women by allowing them to share their stories. Although Donna Ferrato began I Am Unbeatable several years ago after she had been photographing and documenting domestic abuse cases since the early 1980s, Quanada became an integral part of that work through this campaign.
