THE NATIONAL BOARD of Regents at Haskell Indian Nations University reviewed a report that said the university needs between $111 and $123 million to get its aging facilities up to par. This study, which is the first of its kind in nearly 20 years, led the board to pass resolutions to come up with an improvement plan.
