NINETEEN STUDENTS FROM countries including Kenya, Cameroon, Nigeria, Nepal, Zimbabwe, and India have completed a seven month training program with Kanthari, an organization that equips people with the skills to start their own social initiatives. The theme of this year’s graduation was ‘Change from Within,’ and now these students will return to their home countries to start their projects.
Kanthari is the flagship programme of Braille Without Borders, a charitable trust founded by our past guest, Sabriye Tenberken, as well as Paul Kronenberg, and Rajabhadresh.
