IF YOU TAKE the time to look around New York City, you will see countless murals and public art designs on street corners and buildings across the city. The New York Times cited artist Logan Hicks, whose work titled, “Story of My Life,” now appears on the Houston Bowery Wall. Jane Golden, Executive Director of the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program and a mural artist herself spoke to us about the good that can come from the availability of public art.
