THE NEW DOCUMENTARY, The Loving Generation, tells the story of a generation of Americans born to one black parent and one white parent. It’s directed by Lacey Schwartz (1977), a filmmaker who explored her own black and biracial identity in the 2014 documentary feature Little White Lie, and Mehret Mandefro, both of whom have been guests on our show.
