A NEW PIECE by artist E.V. Day titled, “Perpetual Motion” was added to Liz Collins’ ongoing “Energy Field” installation at the Tang Museum this month. E.V. Day’s artwork is made out of fishnet body suits, elastic cords, and hardware, and represents visibility, inclusion, and defiant expression, “a powerful response to the tragedy in Orlando.” Collins’ installation, “Energy Field,” has re-imagined the mezzanine as a community space decorated with “colorful three-dimensional textiles, paintings, and lounge furniture.”
